Canon 750D
All photos which are uploaded on our website are shoot with this model of camera.
We really like it, because for the price of the camera the image quality is really good. The maximum resolution is 6000×4000, which allows good printing quality.
The sensor is APC-S and there are many good lenses fitting the camera.
The only thing we would have liked more is to have bigger frame rate for the video work. This model shoots full HD (1920×1080) with 25 FPS.
All in all with this camera in your hands and the necessary experience you can have magnificent shots and videos.
Lenses
Tamron SP 70-200MM F/2.8 DI VC USD
Our favourite lens we’ve ever used. The image quality is superb, the price for what you get excellent and we both love the flexibility of the lens. When you travel 70-200 is a very good lens, because it allows you for good portrait photography without being too intrusive.
This type of lens also is very good for wild-life photography considering you know how to behave in the nature and get closer to your subject.
The only negative aspect of the lens is the weight – 1.5 kg, which makes it not the best lens for travel.
We have decided to be more heavy, but not to compromise on our work and that is why we travel with this lens.
Sigma 17-50mm f/2.8 EX DC OS HSM Lens
This is good and affordable travel lens appropriate for both photography and video work. We use this lens when we shoot wide-angle. The stabilization is quite good.
Only negative side is the noisy motor, but we isolate this when we shoot video with autofocus turned off.
All in all good lens for the price.
Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 STM
Amazing cheap lens with superb image and video quality. Very compact and good for situation where the photographer must be more discrete. F/1.8 allow sufficient light and nice bokeh, which is always good when traveling and photographing people.
Video quality is also very good and the motor is very silent.
This lens weight only 160 grams and it is one of our favourite.
Canon EF-S 10-18mm f/4.5-5.6 IS STM
For the price one of the best wide-open lens for APC-S sensor Canon camera. Superb image quality and image stabilization. Good for photography and video work. The motor is silent and the weight of the lens is only 240 grams.
We don’t use this lens most of the time, but it is always nice to have them and use in the cases where wide-open is required.
